Our Founder’s Story

Vikash Pratap

Wandering through the creative and corporate landscapes for nearly a decade, Vikash Pratap felt a growing restlessness. Whether he was mentoring students or executing high-level projects for others, he yearned for a deeper impact. After three years shaping minds as a faculty member at Arena Animation Patna and five years mastering the technical rigors of 2D and 3D animation within a major MNC, Vikash realized he would never have full creative freedom as a cog in someone else's machine. In 2015, he left the traditional path behind to launch AnimaCrew (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.—Vikash’s mission to provide clients with the high-end animation "ammunition" typically reserved for giants, delivering world-class visual storytelling through his own specialized lens.

Building on his vision of creative independence, Vikash noticed a troubling gap in the industry: the soaring cost of quality education. He saw that while many young talents dreamed of a career in digital arts, the exorbitant fees charged by mainstream institutes made specialized training a luxury for the few, leaving underprivileged students behind. Determined to break this barrier, Vikash founded AIVA Animation in 2023. His mission was simple yet profound: to democratize high-end animation education. By offering comprehensive training in 2D Animation, 3D Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics Design, Website Design, & Film Making at an affordable price, he opened the doors for students from humble backgrounds to compete in the modern market. Today, AIVA Animation is recognized as more than just an institute—it is a launchpad where talent is nurtured regardless of financial status, empowering a new generation of creators to bring their stories to life.
